I found this recipe for tuna in red pepper sauce on All Recipes quite a while ago. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Tuna-and-Red-Pepper-Sauce/Detail.aspx?event8=1&prop24=SR_Thumb&e11=tuna%20in%20red%20pepper&e8=Quick%20Search&event10=1&e7=Home%20Page With some changes it has become a go to, quick, easy, have all the ingredients in the pantry dish for me many times. I only use about 8-12 oz pasta, I use 2 cans italian tuna in olive oil ( not drained), skip the olive oil called for in the recipe, add lots more peppers and capers ( YUM! Capers!). I used a few shakes of Garlic, Garlic instead of the fresh garlic which I didn’t have. No, It’s not the best pasta dish in the world, but it only takes as long to make as it takes to have the pasta ready. And the leftovers are good only heated to room temp. About 1 min in the microwave. Great to bring to work for lunch!
Gratuitous Pyrex shot!
